Reliable iron butterfly valves are able to work for a long time without breakdowns. Our products are available in the series PA 300, PA 600 and PA 700. The listed iron butterfly valves demonstrate a long service life and lack of failures. Our butterfly valves with a iron body meet all the quality parameters. For their production 2 types of this material are used:
- Gray iron – it is used in low-cost structures and devices that are intended for further operation in low-pressure conditions.
- Ductile iron– for them the working pressure reaches 25 kgf / cm2.
Our technologies make it possible to produce valves in a ductile iron body. They are not inferior to carbon steel in terms of their mechanical properties and temperature resistance.
Control is performed manually (with a handle or a worm gear). You can also control the device using an electric or pneumatic actuator. The service life of a ductile cast iron butterfly valve is more than 100.000 cycles.
